Printmio did not start in a boardroom. It started with the problems every print shop knows - orders lost at 10pm, jobs quoted in spreadsheets, work reprinted because a proof slipped through. We could not find software that fixed all of it without a $20,000 bill and a consultant on retainer. So we built it.
Our mission
Give every print shop the tools the big players keep to themselves.
For years, a real online storefront, a live design studio, and instant, accurate pricing were things only the giants and the $100k legacy systems could offer. Everyone else stitched together a website, a separate design tool, an email inbox, and a pricing spreadsheet - and hoped it held together.
We think that is backwards. The same shop that does beautiful work shouldn't lose the order because a customer couldn't design, see a proof, and pay online at midnight. So we put the whole front-of-shop and back-of-shop on one platform - priced for an independent local print shop, not an enterprise budget.

You should be able to set it up yourself
No statement of work. No implementation fee. No four-month onboarding with a consultant who bills by the hour. You add your products, set your prices, and publish your store - in an afternoon, not a quarter.
You should know the cost before you commit
We were tired of "request a quote" walls and demos that exist only to hide the number. So we keep it plain: $0 setup, no per-order fees, no long-term contract - and we put the exact monthly number in front of you on the first call, before you have signed anything. No "call for pricing" dance that ends in a custom quote.
Your store is yours
Your domain, your branding, your customers, your margins. Not a marketplace that puts your work next to a race-to-the-bottom competitor. We give you the storefront the big players have - and you keep the customer relationship.
Software should earn its keep every month
A platform should save you more time and rework than it costs, plainly. If it does not, you should be able to cancel - no contract, no exit fee, your data exportable. We would rather keep you because it works than trap you because it is hard to leave.

"We didn't want to sell software to print shops. We wanted to fix the parts of running one that drive owners up the wall - and prove the fix with the first hundred shops before we claim anything else."
