We weren’t losing to better printers. We were losing to slower quoting, messy proofs, and work nobody could see. Across the industry, prepress rework and reprints cost shops an estimated 15–20% of revenue — and we were giving away our share of it. So we built the tool we wished we had, and ran our own shop on it before we offered it to anyone else.
Today our customers order, design, proof and pay on our own branded storefront while we run the press. Quotes price themselves. Quoting ate our evenings

Proofs lived in email threads
Artwork went back and forth as attachments. Nobody was sure which version was approved or who signed off. One missed change ran on the press, and the reprint ate the whole job. We needed sign-off that stuck.
