Your privacy choices.

If you’re a resident of California — or another US state with similar privacy rights — you have choices about how your personal information is used. This page explains what “sell” and “share” mean in plain terms, the choices you can make, and the two simple ways to act on them. Print-Flow 360 is committed to honouring every one of these choices, with no catch and no penalty.

What “sell” and “share” really mean

We don’t sell your information for money.

Print-Flow 360 does not sell your personal information for money. We don’t run a business of trading customer data, and we never will.

Under California law, though, “sell” and “share” are defined broadly. “Sharing” can include letting advertising and analytics partners set cookies or receive certain identifiers so ads can be measured or targeted across other sites — even when no money changes hands. Because we may use cookies like that to understand how this marketing site performs, some of our activity could be treated as “sharing” under those rules.

You can switch that off. The controls below let you opt out of this kind of sharing for advertising, and we honour the Global Privacy Control signal as an automatic opt-out for the browser that sends it. Turning it off does not change your price, your features, or the help you get from us.

Your choices

The privacy rights you can exercise.

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of these rights. We extend them to all eligible US residents who ask.

Opt out of “sale” or “sharing”

You can tell us not to “sell” or “share” your personal information. Under California law, those words cover more than money changing hands — “sharing” includes passing certain information to advertising partners for cross-context behavioural advertising. You can opt out at any time, and we will not penalise you for doing so.

Know what we collect

You can ask us to confirm whether we process your personal information, and to tell you the categories of information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it, and the categories of third parties we share it with.

Access a copy

You can request a copy of the specific pieces of personal information we hold about you, delivered in a portable, readable format.

Correct or delete

You can ask us to correct inaccurate personal information, or to delete personal information we have collected from you — subject to the limited exceptions the law allows, such as completing a transaction or meeting a legal obligation.

Limit sensitive information

Where it applies, you can ask us to limit the use of any sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide the service you asked for.

No retaliation

We will never deny you service, charge you a different price, or give you a lower level of service for exercising any of these privacy choices.

How to make your choice

Two simple ways to act.

You don’t need an account to do either of these. Pick the one that fits what you want to do.

1

Adjust your cookie & tracking settings

The fastest way to opt out of “sharing” for advertising is through your cookie settings on this site. Open the consent controls below and turn off advertising and analytics cookies. We also honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal — if your browser or extension sends it, we treat it as a valid opt-out for that browser automatically.

2

Send us a request by email

To exercise any other choice — to know, access, correct, delete, or limit sensitive information — email us with “Privacy request” in the subject line and tell us which choice you’d like to make. An authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of permission.

Can’t find the cookie controls? They’re also available from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page.

What happens next

How we handle your request.

When you reach out, here’s exactly what to expect — how we confirm it’s really you, how long it takes, and what it costs. No surprises.

How we verify it’s you
To protect your information, we’ll confirm your identity before acting on a request to know, access, correct, or delete — usually by matching details against what we already hold. We only use the information you give us for verification to process your request.
How long it takes
We aim to confirm we received your request within 10 business days and to respond substantively within 45 calendar days. If we need more time, we’ll let you know and explain why, as the law permits.
What it costs
Exercising your privacy choices is free. We may decline or charge a reasonable fee only for requests that are clearly excessive, repetitive, or unfounded — and we’ll explain our reasons if that ever happens.
If we say no
If we can’t fully honour a request, we’ll tell you why, and you can appeal our decision by replying to our response. We’ll review the appeal and get back to you.

Questions or requests

We’re here to help you exercise your choices.

If you have any question about how we use your personal information, or you’d like help making a privacy request, send us a message. For the full picture of what we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.

Please include “Privacy request” in your subject line and tell us which choice you’d like to make.
