What does the free trial include?

You request a trial, we review your details and approve your account, and then we set the shop up with you. From there you get a full 14 days of your chosen plan, with no credit card required. Build your store, add products, set up pricing, and take a test order. If it is not right for your shop, you can walk away - nothing is charged.

How long does trial approval take?

We review every request personally and reply within one business day - then your 14-day trial starts, no card needed. The review is not a hurdle: it is how we make sure we can set your shop up properly from day one.

What happens when my 14-day trial ends?

Nothing is charged - there is no card on file to charge. If Printmio fits your shop, pick a plan and everything you built during the trial - store, products, pricing - carries straight over. If it does not, you walk away, and we will export your data on request.

How does the founding offer work?

We are taking on our first 100 founding shops. Every founding shop gets $0 setup, hands-on onboarding (we set your store up with you, on a screen share) and a direct line to the builders. Free migration is part of our founding-100 offer - on any plan, we move your products, customers and price lists across with you at no extra cost. After the founding group, migration help is included on Growing Shop and Multi-Location. Founding commercial terms are agreed on the call - book a founding-partner call and we will put the numbers in front of you.

How does annual billing save me money?

Both monthly and annual billing are available, and paying yearly gets you two months free. We go through the exact numbers on your founding call, and you can switch billing later from inside your account.

Am I locked into a contract?

No long-term contract. Monthly plans are month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime from your account settings. Annual plans run for the year you have paid for.

How many team members can I add?

Solo Shop includes 2 team members. Growing Shop and Multi-Location include unlimited team members at no extra per-user cost - add your whole shop without watching the meter.

What if I need more than one store, or sell to corporate accounts?

The Multi-Location plan runs multiple branded storefronts and includes full B2B corporate accounts (departments, private catalogues, negotiated pricing and pay on account) - ideal for multi-location, multi-brand or B2B-heavy shops. Which plan has the AI Product Builder and 3D preview?

The AI Product Builder and live 3D product preview are enabled on Growing Shop and Multi-Location. Solo Shop includes the full in-browser design studio so customers can still design and proof their own artwork. One thing worth knowing up front: the AI features run on your own API key, which you add once in Settings - so you pay your AI provider directly for usage, and we never mark it up. The AI usage itself is not part of the subscription price.

Do you charge per order or take a cut of my sales?

Never. There are no per-order fees and we take no percentage of your sales. You pay your flat monthly or annual plan price, and that is it. Payment processing fees go to your own payment provider, not to us.

Can I move my data and switch later?

Yes. Your data is yours - products, orders and customers are exportable whenever you want. And if you are switching from older software: free migration is part of our founding-100 offer - on any plan, we move your products, customers and price lists across with you at no extra cost. After the founding group, migration help is included on Growing Shop and Multi-Location.

What if I sell to other countries?

You can run your store in your currency - USD, GBP, INR, AUD and more - with configurable tax that can be added on top or included in your prices. Set it once per store and your prices show correctly to your customers.
