If you quote and produce on weekdays, that averages about 22 working days a month. We multiply your daily order count by 22 to get a monthly figure. If you run six- or seven-day weeks, your real savings would be higher than the estimate shows.

Does the estimate subtract what Printmio costs?

No - the figure is gross. It's the staff time and labour value you win back, before software costs. We don't publish plan prices - founding terms are agreed on your call - so there's no honest number to subtract here. Bring the estimate to your demo and we'll put it next to your exact terms.

Does this include extra revenue from being open 24/7?

No. This calculator only counts staff time you stop spending on manual quoting and setup - the most direct, easiest-to-defend saving. Orders you capture at 10pm that you'd otherwise lose, fewer reprints from clearer proofs, and faster B2B reordering are real upside on top of this, but we deliberately leave them out so the estimate stays conservative.
