Every shop’s data lives in its own isolated space — your orders, customers, designs, and pricing are never mixed with another shop’s and are never visible to anyone outside your team. One customer can never reach another customer’s data.
Private file storage for every shop
Your artwork, proofs, and print-ready files are kept in storage dedicated to your store, separate from every other shop on the platform. Files are stored on Amazon S3 and access is scoped to your store, so a design uploaded to your shop stays in your shop.
Team roles you control
Give each person exactly the access they need and nothing more — an account owner, an admin, a designer, a press operator, customer-service staff. People only see and do what their role allows, so sensitive settings and customer data stay in the right hands.

A formal SOC 2 examination and an independent third-party penetration test are on our roadmap as we grow. We won’t display a badge or claim a certification we haven’t earned — and you won’t find a fake seal anywhere on this site. When these are complete, we’ll say so here, plainly, with dates.
