1. Acceptance of these terms
By visiting or using the Print-Flow 360 website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time (see section 12), and your continued use of the site after we post changes means you accept the updated version.
2. What this site is (and isn’t)
This website is an informational and marketing site. It tells you about Print-Flow 360 — our web-to-print platform — and lets you book a demo, start a free trial, contact us, and read our resources.
The site itself is not the product. The Print-Flow 360 application lives at a separate address (app.printflow360.com) and is governed by its own subscription agreement, which you accept when you create an account there. Nothing on this marketing site is a binding offer, quote, or contract on its own.
3. Who can use the site
You may use this site if you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the site on behalf of a business or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it, and “you” in these terms means both you and that organization.
4. Acceptable use
When you use this site, please don’t:
- Break the law, or use the site for anything fraudulent, harmful, or misleading.
- Try to access areas, accounts, or systems you’re not authorized to reach.
- Interfere with the site’s normal operation — for example, by overloading it, probing it for vulnerabilities without permission, or introducing malicious code.
- Scrape, copy, or harvest content or contact details in bulk, or use automated tools to collect data, except for well-behaved search-engine crawlers.
- Resell, reframe, or pass off the site or its content as your own, or remove any notices we place on it.
If you believe you’ve found a security issue, please report it responsibly to security@printflow360.com rather than testing further.
5. The app and your account
When you click “Start free trial,” “Log in,” or a similar button, you leave this marketing site and go to the Print-Flow 360 application. Creating and using an account there is covered by the subscription agreement and privacy notice presented at signup — not by these Terms of Use.
Any prices, plan features, trial lengths, or promotions described on this site are summaries for convenience. The current terms in the app at the time you subscribe control. We aim to keep this site accurate, but if there’s ever a conflict, the app’s agreement wins.
6. Intellectual property
The site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, product mockups, layouts, and the Print-Flow 360 name and branding — belong to Print-Flow 360 or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share the content for your own informational, non-commercial use, and you may link to our pages.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the content for commercial purposes without our written permission. All rights we don’t expressly grant are reserved.
7. Information you submit
When you fill in a form on this site — for example, to book a demo, contact us, or subscribe to our newsletter — you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you’re entitled to share it. We handle that information as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you send us ideas, feedback, or suggestions about Print-Flow 360, you agree we may use them freely to improve our products and services, without any obligation or payment to you.
8. Third-party links and services
The site may link to or mention third-party websites, integrations, and services — such as payment providers, shipping carriers, or scheduling tools — that we don’t control. We provide these links for convenience and don’t endorse or take responsibility for those third parties or their content. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party’s own terms and privacy practices.
9. Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent allowed by law. That includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We don’t promise that the site will always be available, error-free, or secure, or that the information on it is complete or current. Any savings figures, ROI estimates, or sample results shown on this site are illustrative estimates based on the assumptions stated alongside them — they are not guarantees of any particular outcome.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Print-Flow 360 and its team won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of (or inability to use) this site — even if we’ve been advised such damages were possible.
Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. (Counsel: confirm a liability cap, the carve-outs, and any consumer-law limits that apply in your operating regions.)
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Print-Flow 360 from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Changes to the site and these terms
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time. We may also update these terms — when we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we’ll try to give clearer notice. Please check back from time to time so you know the current terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Print-Flow 360 is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. (Counsel: insert the specific governing state/country, venue, and the dispute-resolution approach — courts, arbitration, or both — appropriate for the markets we operate in.)
